Different cost structures need the same assumptions

Neither description establishes the cheaper total for your organization. Use the same expected activity, payment mix, required features and billing period in both quotes. Ask what a donor can actually change

Check the exact provider path for amount changes, payment updates, cancellation and any pause requirement. Donorbox help distinguishes some processor-specific cancellation routes, so a broad portal feature claim should not become a promise for every existing arrangement. Have the vendor demonstrate the relevant case with non-sensitive examples and confirm which payment integration applies.
Compare the handover, not just the donation form
